Whilst every effort is made by Balkan Events Ltd., Stag Party Sofia and Hen Party Sofia to ensure you have a thouroughly enjoyable time in Bulgaria we cannot and refuse to accept responsibility for a number of things amongst which are:
Your behaviour, the Bulgarian people are tolerant and have no problem with people enjoying themselves and will be most likely to join in the fun and games. However it is your responsibility to know and obey the laws of the land, violent and/or abusive behaviour will result in arrest, as it would anywhere in Europe. A good rule of thumb to bear in mind would be that if you would get in trouble at home you'll get in trouble here. We reserve the right to end or cancel any or all of our services if in our opinion or in the opinion of a person of authority that the group or a person in the group is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, employees, property or anyone else. The group or individuals will not be entitled to a refund in case of such behaviour.
Your possesions, we accept no resonsibility for the loss and/or damage of any of your personal belongings throughout your stay. This includes but is by no means exclusive of your passport, money, travellers cheques, jewellery, cameras, electrical equipment, clothes and ANYTHING else you have brought with you or purchased here including hair and nails!
Your Health and Safety, a great number of our activities are inclusive of insurance, however it is your responsibilty to make sure that you are fully insured for the duration of your stay. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers you for the activities you intend to partake in during your stay. For our activities all safety equipment required by law or recommended by the supplier will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse access to activities or services if in our opinion the group or individuals are not sufficiently insured. The group or individuals will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
Your deposit, the price we have provided is fixed, we will accept cancellations for your full group or part of the group in respect to your activities ONLY no later than 14 days before your arrival. However we will have made financial committments with respect to your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. NB. Cancellations and refunds on your flights will be subject to the terms and conditions of your respective carrier.
Late arrivals and delays, we reserve the right to cancel services without refund in the case of late arrival or absence.
Accomodation, we are not liable for any loss or damage neither to the accomodation, nor the availability and conditions of the accomodation itself. The individual customers and/or group agrees to settle with the hotel management any extraordinary expenses arising from specific hotel services or damage (including loss) on the hotel property. On request of the hotel management a valid credit card with authorisation for the payments mentioned above must be submitted. If the customer does not provide such authority, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the customer may be refused persmission to use the hotel services. The customer is obliged to follow the terms and conditions of the accomodation valid in the particular hotel.
Force Major, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the customer's travel arrangements in case of force majuere, this includes war, threat of war, riots, civil strike, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire and other similar circumstances beyond our control. in such a case, we will return all payments made by the customer, including the deposit.
Obligations, The customer(s) are obliged to the pay the price as agreed, to follow the instructions of all guides and/or instructors, to indemnify all induced damages and to arrive punctually to specified meeting/starting points.
General
Your personal data is saved by Balkan Events Ltd. according to the data protection act, the customer agrees it shall be used for marketing purposes, however Balkan Events Ltd. is not entitled to provide data to a third party. The customer is entitled to ask for his/her personal data and for its change or deletion.
Claims and Complaints in the case of specific services will be directed to the relevant supplier, or via Balkan Events Ltd. We shall inform the customer of resolution within 30 days.
